Congresswoman Barbara Lee Introduces Bill to Lift the HIV Ban

On August 2, Congresswoman Barbara Lee (CA-9) introduced legislation that would remove the HIV exclusion from the INA (Immigration & Nationality Act).

"This law is unjust and unnecessary and it is time to change it," said the Congresswoman.
